Crushing Garlic brings out more flavor. |
I start first by getting the potatoes ready for the grill. After I microwave them for a few minutes. I roll the potatoes in Olive Oil and sprinkle with Garlic Salt. This add's flavor really to the skin of the tator and makes it crisp. Wrap in foil and give each one a quick poke with a knife. After the grill has been on for a few minutes I get the potatoes on.
My steaks and shrimp have been marinating for a few hours. The shimp I bought was deveined but still had the shell left on which is better on the grill. I use lime juice, crushed garlic, Old Bay, cut basil, and salt / pepper. Oh, and a shot of olive oi,. really kick it up..I usually use a freezer bag for the marinade.
The Steak's I prepared the same way but left out the Old Bay Seasoning and through in some garlic cloves. I just basically put a dash of lime juice, crushed garlic and other stuff in a zip lock bag shake and put it in the fridge.
I put the
mushrooms in foil after washing and added a touch of Olive Oil. The mushrooms will need 12 - 15 min grill time.
The Corn I peeled and cleaned the silk then pulled the husk back up and soaked in water.
