Youngwood Area Business Association is proud to present your residence with our 2nd annual publication of the Youngwood Area Business Directory. The directory is a complete listing of local businesses and services available here in the Youngwood area. We hope this will serve as a guide to assist you with future purchases and/or service needs.

The Youngwood Area Business Association is celebrating our second year of service to Youngwood and the surrounding area. We are proud to have 24 active and current members working together “BRINGING BUSINESSES TOGETHER TO EMPOWER & GROW OUR COMMUNITY!”

Bringing our businesses together was our goal and with great success we sent out our first and second publication of The Youngwood Area Business Directory, joined the Westmoreland Chamber as Commerce as an organization, and published several cost-saving group advertisements. In this current difficult economic times, we as a united organization are researching and executing cost-saving plans of action to help reduce the cost of business operations and keep our businesses thriving. With that said, our Youngwood Area Business Association is only as strong as our members – if you are business in the Youngwood area, come see what Y.A.B.A can do for your business.

Grow our community is our organization’s foundation - We believe in giving back to the community which we serve. We are please to announce that we have successfully reinstated the Annual Light Up Night event for all the local Youngwood Borough residents. In addition to bringing the community together for this official lighting ceremony event, we as a united Youngwood Area Business Association have donated two lighted holiday street signs for the 2007 and 2008 years. We are proud to be the organizer of such a grand event celebrating the holidays with all of the local residents.
